Successful participation in the preparatory course “Strategic and Operative License Contract Management” provided by the Comparex Lizenzakademie (16 teaching units).

Admission to the exam is granted on an 80% participation in the 16 teaching units.

• Standardization vs. individualization
• Interpretation of SW-License contracts
• Implementation according to contract
• Quality Assurance measures
• Reporting
• Contract management tools incl. archiving and software

Successful candidates are in a position to negotiate and implement software license contracts strategically as well as operatively.
