Admission Requirements:
  • A completed technical vocational training as Master craftsman or Technician and a minimum of 14 years professional experience

or

  • A technical degree as Bachelor and 11 years of professional experience

or

  • A technical degree as Master, “Dipl. Ing FH”, “Dipl. Ing.” and 10 years of professional experience

and

A valid Level B certificate as well as proof of practical experience in the competency fields of a Systems Engineer.

Examination Components:
  • Written project comprising 20-50 pages
  • Oral exam
Required Competencies:

A Certified Systems Engineer (GfSE) at Level A has many years of practical experience in systems engineering. In their written project they have proven they are capable of thinking in multidisciplinary processes in systems and their life cycles and can as a result deduce general conclusions for systems engineering.

"Certified Systems Engineer (GfSE) ® Level A with TÜV Rheinland certified Qualification" prove that their competence is up-to-date in a recertification process.
