Wymagania wstępne:
  • Successfully completed course of study and a minimum of 3 years professional experience or
  • Successfully completed vocational training with further qualification as Technician and 5 years of professional experience


  • Very good communication skills in German and English
  • Fundamental knowledge in the fields of process and control technology ( can be achieved through training as part of the training program)
  • Successful participation in the mentoring program parallel to occupation
  • Successful participation in the practical exercise “Interaction Design and Workspace/Environmental Design”
  • Successful participation in the Framatome training program “Human Machine Interface (HMI) Designer recognized by PersCert TÜV with a minimum of attendance of 80%.
Składowe egzaminów:
  • Written exam (multiple choice and open questions)
Wymagane kompetencje:

In the examination, participants prove their knowledge in the following areas:

  • HFE/HMI fundamentals
  • Fundamentals of psychology
  • Operating principles of systems/plants
  • Interaction design
  • Digital display systems
  • Hardware interfaces
  • HMI design process
  • Workspace and environmental design
  • Fundamentals of control room design
  • Control room concepts

Successful candidates are in a position to design and evaluate control rooms, display and hardware human machine interfaces in a technically demanding environment. Knowledge in the fields of usability, ergonomics and human behavior is applied.


Participants prove that their competence is up-to-date in a recertification process.
