• Successfully completed vocational training as Certified Estate Agent Supervisor (DVA) or Specialist for Insurance and Finance (IHK) or Business Administrator for Insurance and Finance or Bachelor of Arts in Insurance or as Insurance Specialist (IHK)
• A minimum of three years professional experience in the field of estate agency

Successful participation in the ORBIS Gesellschaft für Personaltraining mbH training program “ Estate Agent Coach” recognized by the certification body. The program consists of 3 seminar blocks:

• Business Analysis and Process Analysis (4 days)
• Fundamentals of Coaching (2 days)
•  Implementation of Coaching (1 day)

• Written assignment on a real business coaching
• Oral exam on the coaching carried out and specialist questions on the topic

In the examination participants prove their knowledge in the following areas:

• Communication techniques
• Business knowledge and methods of analysis
• Process analysis
• Fundamentals of Coaching

Successful candidates are not only in a position to provide estate agents with product offerings in the field of insurance, but also provide coaching on the development of their business from a content and process perspective aiming towards business success.

The participants prove that their competence is up-to-date in a recertification process.
