Employees of the renewables academy RENAC can qualify themselves as Specialist Trainer RENAC if they have successfully completed a relevant vocational traineeship and have professional experience as a trainer. In preparation for the certification exam employees are trained by the “VOSS+PARTNER GmbH”, during the course of a continuing education program consisting of 3 modules comprising a total of 48 teaching units.

Training focuses on the following:

• Anchoring knowledge permanently
• Training repeatable training concepts
• Practicing fundamentals of communication
• Training your own training concepts

• Written examination
  Proof of knowledge in methods and didactics in adult education, group dynamics and participant motivation.
• Assignment
  Development of a teaching concept for a specialist training
• Demonstration lesson
  Implementation of the teaching concept developed in a practical teaching situation.

By certifying as „Specialist Trainer RENAC with TÜV Rheinland Certified Qualification” candidates have proven, that they can prepare topics in specialist continuing education methodically and didactically in a targeted fashion. Furthermore they have proven that they can implement the training concepts developed practically and orientate them towards the relevant target group whilst considering aspects of group dynamics.
