• Completed school qualification or a work experience of at least one year
• Proof of at least 90 working days of specific work experience as an assembly assistant
• Successful participation in the seminar “Identity and Fundamental Knowledge in Temp Work” with the length of 18 teaching units (incl. self study in the form of online training or training documentation equivalent to 6 teaching units)
  Participation counts as successful as long as the participant can prove a minimum attendance of 80% by signature.

• Written exam
• Oral exam

By fulfilling the admission requirements and passing both the written and orals exams participants prove their competence as Specialist Assistant for Assembly with TÜV Rheinland Certified Qualification.

In the course of recertification this competence is again renewed by proving attendance to an update course (4 teaching units) and at least 180 days of specific work experience.
