Certification Program Title:BSH Certified Business Trainer with TÜV Rheinland Certified Qualification
Admission Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a BSH trainer
  • Proof of attendance  to the 4 instructor lead training modules, recognized by the Personnel Certification body, each comprising 3.5 days
    • Trainer personality
    • Methodology and teaching  structure/implementation of product training
    • My impact in front of groups / presentation & visualization
    • My role at the helm of group processes
      and the corresponding webinar comprising 45 minutes
  • Proof of submission and positive evaluation of the assignments
Examination Components:
  • Assignment consisting of the design of a training concept for a 2 day instructor lead training and creation of a visualization according to the pre-defined task
  • Oral examination consisting of the presentation of the candidates own training concept submitted (duration of 20 minutes), moderation of feedback on the concept presented or on the previous presentation using moderation techniques (Duration of 20 minutes plus 5 minutes of preparation) and an adhoc presentation as a pair (Duration 5 to 10 minutes plus 20 minutes for the preparation in the group of 2)

  • Use of voice and body language
  • Targeted training design
  • Identity as a trainer
  • Psychology of personality and profile analysis

Successful candidates are in a position to carry out product trainings on customer site in a limited time period (1 day training or evening sessions after work) and despite limited learning capacity or attention span on the part of the participants.
