Written exam (multiple choice)

Based on a written examination the participant proved competence in the following areas:

1. To gain an understanding of the various and variable circumstances which impact a business person
2. To gain an understanding of what causes me stress
3. To gain an understanding of and practice in approaches for dealing with stress
4. To gain an understanding of the cognitive approach and how it is applied
5. To support stress management activities and the daily care of subordinates

The Stress Management Advisor is able to effectively detect and prevent workplace stress-related disorders in him/herself as well as in employees　under his/her supervision and thereby is capable of taking measures to restore and maintain a sound work environment.
