The participants have a master tradesman or journeyman qualification in a relevant trade in the construction industry and can prove a minimum of 10 years professional experience in this field.

 Participants

• have completed the 4 following basic training courses
  • Fundamentals for Tradesman Coordinator (16 teaching units)
  • From offer to order ( 16 teaching units)
  • Construction law (8 teaching units)
  • Measurement tolerances (8 teaching units)

and

have successfully completed the training module “ Coordinating Construction Projects Successfully” (16 TU).

Written exam (multiple choice)

In the examination participants prove their knowledge in the following fields:

 Clarification of requirements and creation of offer

• Legal aspects of the service
• Recognition of construction errors and dealing with them
• Customer expectations and satisfaction
• Project planning and controlling

 Successful candidates have proven their competence in organizing and controlling customer projects with different trades from conception through to completion to the satisfaction of the customer.

 toom Tradesman Coordinators prove that their certification is up to date in a recertification process.
