Admission Requirements:

Successful participation in the TÜV Rheinland Akademie training course „ Lean Six Sigma – Black Belt (TÜV)” recognized by the certification body. Admission to the exam is granted on successful completion of the course “Six Sigma – Green Belt (TÜV)” and a minimum attendance of 80%.

Examination Components:

Written examination (multiple choice questions) and project documentation as an assignment

  • Experiment planning using statistical experiment methodology / Design of experiments (DoE)
  • Data evaluation and interpretation
  • Application of Minitab for process analysis and optimisation
  • Fundamentals of Lean Management and Six Sigma
  • Value Stream Analysis
  • Just-in-Time-principles
  • No waste processes in production and administration
  • Poka-Yoke
  • Optimization of set-up time
  • Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)

Successful candidates are the experts in their company for project and change management, statistical process optimization and Lean Management. With this knowledge they plan, manage and implement their own strategic Lean Six Sigma projects in their company in a secure manner. They also recognize potential for improvement that can be implemented using the Lean Six Sigma system. Additionally, as methodology experts, they support Green Belts.
