Participants must have a completed vocational qualification in the construction or other related trade and have taken part in the 2 day training course “Health in the Home Inspector” of the GETIFIX Akademie recognized by the certification body.

60 Multiple Choice questions in 90 minutes.

• Physical parameters
• Physiological parameters
• Chemical parameters
• Microbial parameters
• Measurement and evaluation of the influencing factors
• Home check, scope and procedure
• Sealing against penetrating moisture (damp)
• Noise protection
• Mould decontamination, indoor insulation, thermal bridges
• Quality of drinking water
• Contaminant degradation by photocatalysis
• Inventory measures (Building materials, furniture, light and colour)

Qualified Persons for Health in the Home know and analyse the influencing factors of health in the home. They advise clients on how to create an optimal living climate and help to recognize problems and solve them.
