Certification Program Title:Internal Food Safety Auditor – ISO/FSSC 22000 (TÜV)
Admission Requirements:
Successful participation in the TÜV Rheinland Akademie GmbH „ISO/FSSC 22000 Food Safety Management System (TÜV)” training course or equivalent qualification from a recognized training organization.
Examination Components:
Written exam (multiple choice and open questions)
Required Competencies:
In the examination participants prove their knowledge in the following areas:
• Fundamental concepts and requirements of ISO 22000, HACCP, ISO 19011 and ISO 22003;
• Requirements of Pre-Requisite Programs as per ISO 22002;
• Audit programme planning;
• Audit programme implementation;
• Communication and auditing techniques;
• Reporting Audit Findings;
Successful candidates have the skills for carrying out internal audits and assess whether an implemented food safety management system conforms to the requirements of ISO/FSSC 22000 and sound knowledge of ISO 22000, HACCP and ISO 22002 requirements.
