Participation in the 5 day training course at the Cyber Akademie of the Behördenspiegel recognized by the personnel certification body. Admission to the exam is granted upon a minimum attendance of 80% of the teaching units.

In the examination participants prove their knowledge and skills in the following fields:

• Legal fundamentals
• Tasks of data protection representatives
• Permissibility of information processing
• National Health card and care
• Data protection of employees
• BSI standards
• Risk analysis
• Internal controls according to the German Social Security Code (78a SGB X)
• IT-security

In the examination participants prove they are in a position to recognize data protection risks in the health sector and to react appropriately thus ensuring protection of data within their authority.
