  • Attendance of BEITRAINING® seminar Leading Your Team© LYT (all modules) und Priorities Organisation Planning© POP
  • Completion of the digital learning card system to deepen knowledge
Examination Components:
  • Written examination (Multiple Choice and open questions)
  • Verification of the practical implementation in the work place
Required Competencies:

In the examination participants prove their knowledge and skills in the following areas:

  • Conscious use of personal leadership style
  • Use of the ACES-Tests for recruiting and leading employees
  • Structured approach when recruiting new employees (Recruiting plan, -concept etc.)
  • Introduction of a minimum of one new method of searching for new employees
  • Creation and use of meaningful job descriptions
  • Structured induction for new employees (min. of one new component e.g. orientation handbook, 60- day plan, training concept)
  • Carrying out regular employee meetings (new and existing employees)
  • Development of individual career and further development plans for employees
  • Introduction of a min. of one measure to motivate and bind employees (e.g. activity management system, performance incentives etc.
  • Structured delegation of tasks
  • Identification and addressing of a min. of 2 satisfaction factors in the company
  • Improved self organization e.g. regular time planning, working in undisturbed working blocks

With this examination the managers have proven that they can successfully implement the knowledge gained in business practice.
