Employees of the Viessmann Werke GmbH & Co KG can qualify themselves as Specialist Trainer if they have successfully completed a relevant vocational traineeship and have professional experience as a trainer in adult education. In preparation for the certification exam employees are trained by the “VOSS+PARTNER GmbH”, during the course of a continuing education program consisting of 5 modules with a total of 96 teaching units. Training focuses on methodical and didactical tools for the development of training concepts, learning methods and their consideration during the development of training concepts, group dynamic and techniques of coping with difficult training situations, methods and techniques of successful presentations.

  Development of a teaching concept for a specialist training
• Demonstration lesson
  Implementation of the teaching concept developed in a practical teaching situation.

By certifying as „Specialist Trainers of the Viessmann Werke with TÜV Rheinland Certified Qualification” candidates have proven, that they can prepare topics in specialist continuing education methodically and didactically in a targeted fashion. Further they have proven that they can practically implement the training concepts developed oriented towards the target group under consideration of aspects of group dynamics.
