A minimum of 75% of the customer service employees of the company have successfully taken part in the 6 module training programme “Customer Service Employee in the Energy and Utility Industry” according to the curriculum of PVM-Consulting and recognized by the personnel certification body.

Required Competencies
In the examination participants prove their knowledge in the following areas:
- Company and industry information
- Technical fundamentals of the energy industry
- Legal fundamentals
- Billing of energy
- Communications and conflict training
With the certificate “Customer Service Employee in the Energy and Utility Industry” the effectiveness of the defined processes for the employee qualification in the field of company customer service is demonstrated. Annual checks and a recertification process for certified employees ensure sustainability of the measures taken.
