• ENEV 2009 – Effects on construction in practice
• Subsequent vertical external sealing
• Cross section sealing with injection materials
• External and internal insulation, professional application
• Brickwork diagnostics, mineral internal sealing
• Mineral internal sealing, mould prevention
• Investment – state subsidy assessment standards for energy efficient renovation

Successful participants of this exam know the current regulations and are capable of advising interested parties professionally concerning the possibilities and restrictions of cellar renovation. They design project specific, purpose oriented renovation procedures and calculate the necessary financial investment. They provide support in applying for state subsidies.
