•  Completed vocational training in a commercial field (e.g. real estate and housing management, banking or insurance)
• Qualification as Real Estate Specialist

Successful participation in the 30 day qualification program, including theory and practice, offered by the "europäische Sachverständigen Akademie" recognized by the certification body.
