An industry specific vocational qualification is prerequisite.
Successful participation in the 5 day course “Specialist for Thermography” according to the “Testo AG” curriculum recognized by the certification body. The training course is oriented around DIN 54162 and EN 473 Level 1. Admission to the exam is granted upon a minimum attendance of 80%.

• History of thermography
• Measuring of warmth and temperature
• Fundamentals of radiation physics
• IR-camera technology and measuring parameters
• Camera use and exercises
• Thermogram analysis
• Passive and active thermography
• Report writing

“Specialists for Thermography Step 1 with TÜV Rheinland Certified Qualification” know the theoretical fundamentals and principles of infrared measuring technology as well as the processing and analysis of thermograms and have experience in the use of imaging cameras.
