Thus, admission requirements are fulfilled if either training in the field of Hospitality-Manner or previous work experience can be proven.

Completion of the four module seminar is followed by an examination covering the following topics:
1. Understanding and projecting the hospitality-manners mind
2. Putting the hospitality-manners’ mind into practice
3 Understanding the role of the Hospitality-Manners Coach
4. Verify acquired skills and ability to instruct as Hospitality-Manners' Coach

Requirements for recertification:
Pass written exam (re-take when failed).
