Admission Requirements:
The training is aimed at internal company instructors who have experience in the Japanese service industry, where excellent communication skills and impeccable manners are of paramount importance to create and maintain successful and smooth business relations. Thus, admission requirements are fulfilled if either training in the field of Hospitality-Manner or previous work experience can be proven.
Examination Components:
Written exam (multiple choice)
Required Competencies:
Completion of the four module seminar is followed by an examination covering the following topics:
1. Understanding and projecting the hospitality-manners mind
2. Putting the hospitality-manners’ mind into practice
3 Understanding the role of the Hospitality-Manners Coach
4. Verify acquired skills and ability to instruct as Hospitality-Manners' Coach

Requirements for recertification:
Pass written exam (re-take when failed).
