Admission Requirements:
  • A minimum of 20 hours per week of professional activity in Service Management in the last 96 months.
  • 2 give backs have been provided.
  • 2 SDM coachings have been carried out.
  • The participant has a valid ITIL Foundation certificate, granted by an authorized body.
  • The participant has a Service Management Campus Advanced qualification or has successfully completed an equivalent certification.
  • The participant can prove the 3. Go Ahead! Expert Group 3 level competence.
  • The participant has successfully participated in the T-Systems Service Manager Certification. Proof is provided by the corresponding confirmation of participation. Participation is considered successful when the participant can prove they have attended 80% of the total duration of the seminar by signature.

By fulfilling the admission requirements and successfully participating in the Certification Council participants prove their competence in acting independently in an international management position according to the T-Systems Service Standard. T-Systems Senior Service Manager with TÜV Rheinland Certified Qualification have mastered complex and unexpected service situations company wide.

During the course of recertification this competence is maintained by proving a refresher course (8 teaching units) and professional activity as an Executive Executive Manager of 20 hours per week for 24 months during the last 3 years
