  or
• 2 day course Software Asset Manager Advanced der Deloitte SAM Academy
  or
• 1 day course Software Asset Manager – Basic Lite of the Deloitte SAM Academy
  and
• 2 day course Software Contract Manager of the Deloitte SAM Academy.

Participation is regarded as successful if the participant attended a minimum of 80% of the teaching units.

• Overview of standard license contracts of the five largest SW manufacturers IBM, Oracle, Adobe, SAP and Microsoft
• Scope for design during the course of contract negotiations
• Essential activities for operational implementation of software license contracts
• Tips and tricks during the course of contract negotiations with the SW manufacturer
• Market overview of the most common contract management systems

As a result successful candidates are in a position to introduce targeted approaches during contract negotiations with SW manufacturers, as well as to recognize obligations und rights resulting from SW license contracts and implement these in the company.

Software Contract Managers with TÜV Rheinland Certified Qualification prove that their competence is up-to-date in a recertification process.
