• A minimum of 20 hours/week of professional activity in Service Management during the last 36 months.
• The participant has a valid ITIL-Foundation Certificate, granted by a recognized body.
• The participant has a Service Management Campus Advanced Qualification or has completed an equivalent certification.
• The participant has proof of the 3 Go Ahead! Expert Group 3 Level competence.
• The participant has successfully taken part in the T-Systems Service Manager Certification Seminar. Proof is provided with the corresponding confirmation of participation. Participation is regarded as successful when the participant has attended a minimum of 80% of the seminar proven by signature.

By fulfilling the admission requirements and successfully completing the examination, candidates prove their skills in operating independently according to the T-Systems Service Standard. The T-Systems Service Manager with TÜV Rheinland Certified Qualification has mastered complex and unexpected service situations. They show specialist and disciplinary ownership.

In the course of recertification this competence is maintained by proof of a refresher course ( 8 teaching units) and proof of professional activity as Service Manager for a minimum of 20 hours per week for a minimum period of 24 months during the last 3 years.
