• Completed vocational qualification as Real Estate Specialist, Real Estate Professional, Bank Professional, a degree in business Administration, Architecture, Construction Engineering or equivalent qualification with at least 2 years relevant professional experience or experience as a Real Estate Agent according to §34c of the German Trade Regulation with at least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Participation in the foundation seminar of the SAA and examination and certification as “Qualified Person for Evaluation of Real Estate with TÜV Rheinland Certified Qualification”
• Proven participation in the modules:
  • Expert Science
  • Evaluation methods
  • Rights and obligations
  • Construction techniques and materials

• Written expertise

As well as the construction competencies proven in the examination for Qualified Persons, participants prove in a written expertise, that they are in a position to assess and evaluate real estate professionally and present the results in a generally understandable form.
