• An impeccable Police Clearance Certificate
• Successfully completed Chamber of Commerce examination according to §34a of the German Trade, Commerce and Industry Regulation Act (GewO)
• Participation in the TÜV Rheinland Akademie training course “Specialized Security Professional (TÜV)" with a total of 240 teaching units recognized by the certification body. Admission to the examination is granted upon a minimum attendance of 80%.

In the examination participants prove their knowledge in the following areas:

• First aid
• Fire Protection
• § 34 of the German Trade, Commerce and Industry Regulation Act
• Person trained in electrical engineering according to the accident prevention regulation A3 of the BGV
• HVAC systems
• Freeing from lifts

“Specialized Security Professionals – facilities engineering (TÜV)” – have in addition to the necessary service and professional knowledge for security Professionals proven specialist knowledge, enabling tasks over and above the narrow definition of protection and access security.
