A minimum of 1 years professional experience as an employee or self-employed in a field such as training, personnel development or consulting und successful participation in the TÜV Rheinland Akademie training course “E-Moderator” comprising 23 teaching units (Online, face-to-face training and self-study)

Participation is regarded successful if the participant can prove a minimum of 80 % attendance of the total seminar.

Online-Moderation

By fulfilling the admission requirements and successfully carrying out the online moderation, participants prove their competence in the following topics:

• Peculiarities of synchronous communication in live online events
• Specific conditions of live online events
• Uses of live online systems for the implementation of live online events
• Targeted use of methods and tools for a more effective live-online-moderation

The successful candidate is in a position to act as a comprehensive E-Moderator taking all relevant aspects fully into account.
