A minimum of 1 years work experience as a teacher, lecturer, trainer, instructor, personnel developer or consultant and successful participation in the TÜV Rheinland Akademie training „E-Trainer” comprising 32 teaching units (online, face-to-face training and self-study)

Participation counts as successful if the participant can prove a minimum of 80% attendance.

Online demonstration lesson

By fulfilling the admission requirements and carrying out the demonstration lesson online participants prove their competence in the following topics:

• Opportunities and limitations of live online training events
• Challenges and problem areas of live online trainings
• Specific surrounding conditions for live online trainings
• Possibilities for use of online systems for the implementation of live online training
• Methods and tools for effective live online moderation
• Live online trainings in blended learning concepts
• Support concepts with synchronous and asynchronous communication tools

The successful candidate is thus in a position to operate as a comprehensive E-Trainer taking all relevant aspects into account.
