Successful participation in the 2 day training course “CSR-Manager (TÜV)” recognized by the certification body. Admission to the exam is granted upon a minimum attendance of 80%.

Written exam (multiple choice and open questions)

In the examination participants prove their knowledge in the following areas:

• Instruments of sustainable business
• Stakeholder management
• Sustainability in company processes and departments
• Sustainability communication
• Tasks of the CSR Manager
• Process of an ISO 26000 implementation project.

“CSR-Managers (TÜV)” have gained the necessary specialist knowledge, in order to build a CSR Management system oriented around ISO 26000 in their company.
