• Certification Program Title
  Qualified Person for Damage to Buildings with TÜV Rheinland Certified Qualification
• Admission Requirements

  Completed qualification as an architect, Construction Engineer, Master or Technician, registered with the Chamber of Trade or given exceptional authorization by the Chamber
  and
  at least 2 years of appropriate professional experience
  or
  a vocational qualification in the construction trade and at least 7 years of appropriate professional experience.
  
  Successful participation in the 6 day training course “Qualified Person for Damage to Buildings” according to the curriculum of the SAA GmbH recognized by the certification body.

  Written examination (multiple choice and open questions)

  In the examination participants prove their knowledge in the following areas:

  • General knowledge
  •  Law
  • Valuation
  • Damage

  “Qualified Persons for Damage to Buildings with TÜV Rheinland Certified Qualification” have the competence to analyze and evaluate damage to buildings.
