Admission Requirements:

Successful participation in the TÜV Rheinland Akademie course „Negotiation Professional (TÜV)” recognized by the certification body. Admission to the exam is granted upon a minimum of 80% attendance of the 32 teaching units.

Examination Components:

Written exam (multiple choice and
open questions)

Required Competencies:

In the examination participants prove their knowledge in the following areas:

  • Techniques of purchasing negotiations
  • Strategies for purchasing negotiations

Participants master all important aspects of business negotiation, in order to carry out successful negotiations with the targeted use of negotiation psychology and body language.
