• 入学要求

  Admission requirement to seminar: sound data protection training minimum "Data Protection Officer (TÜV)".
  
  Admission requirement to certification: Additionally "Data Protection Manager (TÜV)". Successful participation in the TÜV Rheinland Akademie training course “Data Protection Officer (TÜV)” recognized by the certification body. Admission to the exam is granted upon a minimum attendance of 80% of the 24 teaching units.

  • Written exam (multiple choice and open questions)
• 能力要求

  In the examination participants prove they have knowledge in the following areas:

  • Legal code and case law
  • Organization of data protection in the company by external Data Protection Representative
  • Professional reporting to client and authorities
  • Tasks of the external Data Protection Representative

  "External Data Protection Officers (TÜV)” have sound knowledge in the sense of §4 of the German Data Protection Act, in order to be able to work as external representatives.
