  This product (material) and the manufacturing factory are evaluated based on current environmental design standards and/or directives from Europe. The certificate is awarded based on the CIG 023 factory inspection report which is with the Annex IV follow up: recycled material and hazardous substance testing report shall be followed by product categories requirements, stating e.g that electronic products need to comply with RoHS.
