Admission Requirements:

Successful participation in the TÜV Rheinland Akademie training course “Specialist Construction Manager Fire Protection (TÜV)” recognized by the certification body. Admission to the examination is granted upon a minimum attendance of 80% of the 2 module training programme (basic knowledge and specialist knowledge).

  • Building regulations
  • Special building regulations and other requirements
  • Preventive fire protection
  • Fire protection (concepts)
  • Cooperation with public authorities, documentation
  • Installation of prefabricated building components

“Specialist Construction Managers (TÜV)” have sound knowledge regarding the correct installation of prefabricated building components, fire risks as well as cooperation with public authorities and the necessary documentation.

Recertification:

The participants prove that their competence is up-to-date in a recertification process.
