Successful participation in the TÜV Rheinland Akademie training course „Data Protection Officer in a Legal Practice (TÜV)“ recognized by the personnel certification body. Admission to the exam is granted upon a minimum attendance of 80% of the 32 teaching units.

In the examination participants prove their knowledge in the following areas:

• Statutory fundamentals
• IT security and organisation
• Implementation of data protection and the documentation requirements in a legal practice

Successful candidates have sound knowledge according to Article 37-39 of EUGDPR as well as knowledge of the tasks of a data protection representative in a legal practice.
