Admission Requirements:

Successful participation in the TÜV Rheinland Akademie training course “IT Security Manager (TÜV)” recognized by the certification body. Admission to the exam is granted upon a minimum attendance of 80%.

Examination Components:

Written exam (multiple choice)

Required Competencies:

In the examination participants prove their knowledge in the following areas:

  • Information security governance
  • Standards and norms
  • Architecture of the IT Security Management System (ISMS): DIN ISO/IEC 27001
  • Operation of the ISMS
  • Inspection and certification

“IT-Security Managers (TÜV)" are in a position to introduce and operate an IT Security Management System in their organization.
