  • Successful participation in the TÜV Rheinland Akademie training course “Care Service Manager (TÜV)” recognized by the certification body.

  • Interfaces and project design (presentation in a group)
  • Personnel management and development (presentation in a group)
  • Professional care competence (written exam)
